11th Brazilian Sectorball Championship – Invitation Letter
The Brazilian Table Football Confederation (CBFM) and the Table Football Federation of the State of Rio de Janeiro (FEFUMERJ) invite all athletes affiliated to all state federations in Brazil to participate in the 11th Brazilian Sectorball Championship, organized in set by both entities.
The competition will be held on July 15 and 16, 2023 at the Botafogo Futebol e Regatas Training Center, located at Rua do Riachuelo, 373, 4th floor, Centro, Rio de Janeiro – RJ.
The championship will be held in 8 tables, with 32 places available: 24 of them will be occupied by players classified in the National Ranking of the modality, and 8 available to non-classified ones.
The new Botafogo Training Center is a bold initiative by this club, which has been revolutionizing the table football in Rio de Janeiro.
With an air-conditioned lounge of 300m², with total internal infrastructure, and extremely well located in the historic center of Rio de Janeiro, near Santos Dummont Airport (Rio-São Paulo airlift), great hotels and the famous Lapa and Santa Teresa, gastronomic poles and traditional bohemian neighborhoods of Rio, with easy and quick access to the South Zone, including by public transport, where Copacabana and the most famous beaches of the “Wonderful City” are located, has become an excellent option to host major events of our sport, in any modality, not only for its own structure, but also for the varied options of culture and leisure that its surroundings offers.
Entering its second decade of national competitions, the 11th Brazilian Sectorball Championship will have the following schedule:
On the 15th of July:
10:00 hours – Workshop and technical congress.
10:30 hours – Individual competition.
Form of dispute of the individual competition: After qualifying phase, dispute of the phases of round of 16, quarter-final, semifinal and final.
* Note: It will be observed an interval of one hour for lunch, around 12:00 hours.
On the 16th of July:
09:00 hours – Club competition.
14:00 hours – Award and Closing Ceremony.
Form of dispute of the competition of clubs: Teams formed by four athletes, in an all-against-all tournament in a single turn.

Awards:
The participants will receive the following prize:
Individual: Trophy 1st to 4th places and medals 5th to 8th placed.
Clubs: Trophy 1st to 4th Place (plus four medals for the athletes of each team).
Registration fee:
90.00 BRL (ninety Brazilian Reais) per participant (Under-18 athletes are exempt from the registration fee).
The registration deadline will close at 20:00 on June 10, 2023.
Each club should send the list of its athletes jointly to the two emails below:
The list shall contain the following information and annexes:
Full name of the athletes;
Identity document (RG) numbers;
Club;
City;
State;
Copy of the respective deposit receipt of the total club registration fee.
Only entries will be accepted from athletes affiliated to CBFM, and their state federations, which are duly regular with the Confederation.

CBFM and FEFUMERJ have not signed any specific agreement for accommodation at this event. However indicates the Arosa Rio Hotel, being situated 50 meters from the Botafogo Training Center:
