| Clothing: | Clean, healthy sportswear. Sports shoes and the use of national jersey is mandatory |
| Medicine clearance: | Participation in the championship is at your own risk. |
| Referee: | Participants of the European Championship accepts that they are required to act as referees upon request of the organizers. |
| Protest: | You can register a protest 5 minutes after the end of the match. Protest fee 10 € which has to be paid to the organizers. If the protest is accepted, the protest fee will be refunded. |
| Accommodation: | Based on individual requested. Organizers can help and advice with near by hotels. |
| Meals: | Organizers will invite everybody for a hot meal Saturday evening. |
| Other: | It is forbidden to consume alcohol during the entire competition (Zero tolerance). Smoking is allowed only in designated areas! |
| Excursion / activities / programs: | To be organized individually |
| Parking | Free parking place available at the venue. |
